Chloe Spin Bag
This is a gorgeous bag. It’s the perfect size for everyday. My issue was with packing. It came in a beat up brown box in a trash bag. No dust bag, no card of authentication! I have called customer service twice and both times I was told , sorry I will let the store know . So for this issue alone .. sadly it will be returned. Bad customer service and packaging Nordstrom. I am a customer of 24 years and never have I had this many issues. And this is not the only package that has arrived in poor conditions.

quality is shocking
Having only used this bag a handful of times, the stitching on the strap is already starting to unravel. Doesn’t feel like Chloe quality. Otherwise, it is a beautiful bag!

great leather
I really like this bag an the leather is a really nice pebble. However, the gold Chloe embossed logo is…peeling off?! I have several other designer bags and I take great care of my things. I am shocked the logo is peeling off - super disappointing. I’m not sure what to do with it now.
