Boat Neck Belted Stephanie Fit & Flare Dress

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because I hoped this would be like the Beloved Stephanie dress of which I have several. While the top fits very similarly, the waist in in an awkward spot. It's very high, almost under the bust so the dress comes across as more Regency style then what's pictured. The waist is higher than the Stephanie which was a bit disappointing. The colors are rich and lovely, I just wish this was the Stephanie and not a high-waisted imitation.
