Shoe has a very noticeable curve in the front. Doesn’t look normal. The representative recommended some Ecco, they have been great so far.

cute but squeaky

I wanted to love these shoes as a wide-foot having person. But sadly they squeak. The sole of the heel squeaked and I couldn’t get past it. Exchanged for another set and yet again they squeak.

So uncomfortable

They look amazing. Very stylish! However, it is so uncomfortable after a little bit of wearing. The hard material made your feet hurt right away.

Disappointing longer term quality

Had these for a few years but lightly worn. All of a sudden, the heal cork is breaking down despite not getting "kicked off" or being exposed to water or heat. Customer service at Birkenstock says "this is not a warranty item". Plus, my suspicion is that the leather is laminated, not full grain so its subject to easy marking. I would not buy this product again.
