Pretty dress!

This is a beautiful dress! It is a true dark navy and the applique on the dress is very nice. But I must not have noticed how much tulle was on this dress when viewing online… too much for me. I also had an issue with the tiny cap sleeves not fitting. I am typically an 8-10 and should have ordered a 10 for a true fit as the dress fit in the bust but was tight in the waist area.
