Disappointed with Nordstrom
I ordered this bracelet and Nordstrom cancelled my order twice because the item was out of stock even though it showed available on the website. The 3rd time I ordered the bracelet the item finally was processed and shipped. I had personalized the bracelet to say JLS. When the bracelet arrived and I opened the box the bracelet said Holly. I can't believe that personalized items are not checked more carefully when they are mailed out. Now the bracelet is out of stock and when I called customer service I spoke with an agent that had no clue and was not helpful in finding a solution to the problem. Needless to say I am very disappointed in Nordstrom. The only positive is that I found the website for the actual company for the bracelet and ordered it directly from them with a discount code they offered.

Not with the price
If you have a size 7.5 inch wrist or larger just know that it feels like you are going to break it every time you put it on. And it juts look childish on tbh. Might be nice for a pre teen, if you are willing to spend that kind of money on them.

I do love the bracelet, it has a nice weighty feel to it, I wish it were a tag bigger in size, feels a little tight even as a stretch bracelet, but I wanted it so I kept it;-)
