People Be Warn! dbl01 stands for dark blue
Well I thought I was purchasing the black shoes with the black bow on them. But as it turned out, they were actually BLUE! Ugh and I had no choice but to wear them for the wedding. I will say I did get a lot of compliments but people didn’t understand why I wore blue shoes since I was wearing a green outfit. I honestly feel like the Nordstrom product writers, didn’t do their job in fully describing this shoe option as Dark Blue! And why would they?!? They would sell faster if the public thinks they are black. And as a customer myself, I sure was fooled. I’m not even color blind! I reached out to customer service twice. And they couldn’t do anything about it. Twice in they told me to return them if I don’t want them.
