Dreadful Company To Deal With
I would suggest only to buy NC though Nordstrom as Nordstrom has always had excellent customer service. This piece fits loose while being true to size. The sweater is lightweight and soft. The quality is decent but I have not laundered it yet. Over the past few months I have ordered more than 5 (probably loser to 10) cardigans and sweaters. The most recent piece I was sent has a defective zipper, and some long unfinished pieces of yarn. The company has no phone number for contact and they have ignored over 7 emails over the course of a week requesting an exchange. If you search for reviews on google you'll see how atrocious and non existent their customer service is. If you're considering purchasing pieces from this company definitely purchase through Nordstrom. Also, they don't post all the reviews customers leave. My positive reviews have been posted but my critical one has not been posted. My rating is for the sweater, the company gets a zero.
