If you're a Kibbe Dramatic classic, find this dress if it's sold out in stores!! First, the material is very nice quality and drapes well. The sequin section is a fun touch and not quite as sheer as the photo displays which leans toward a modern, fun feature vs. a cheap one. Ruching on sides is well executed and also gathers nicely along the sides of the back zipper. Extremely well thought out design - kudos to the designer.
