Arizona Big Buckle EVA Waterproof Slide Sandal (Women)

I’m so disappointed in how Nordstrom is sending out used merchandise. This isn’t the first time. I received two sandals in a box with each shoe in a separate return bag. One sandal had straps completely undone and both shoes had noticeable creases on the sides. I didn’t even open the bags to see they have been used. It’s frustrating because I then had to place another order for them to hopefully get a new, unused pair. They didn’t have my size at Westfarms when I was last there and live almost 2 hours from any store. Hopefully, Nordstrom will begin checking its returned items to make sure it’s appropriate to send to customers trying to buy new full priced products and not used. Nordstrom has always been my favorite store to shop at, but I’ve been surprised at the presentation of items sent. Photos show the left and right sandals as received.
