Received used shoes from Nordstrom
I’m so disappointed in how Nordstrom is sending out used merchandise. This isn’t the first time. I received two sandals in a box with each shoe in a separate return bag. One sandal had straps completely undone and both shoes had noticeable creases on the sides. I didn’t even open the bags to see they have been used. It’s frustrating because I then had to place another order for them to hopefully get a new, unused pair. They didn’t have my size at Westfarms when I was last there and live almost 2 hours from any store. Hopefully, Nordstrom will begin checking its returned items to make sure it’s appropriate to send to customers trying to buy new full priced products and not used. Nordstrom has always been my favorite store to shop at, but I’ve been surprised at the presentation of items sent. Photos show the left and right sandals as received.

pink is to die for
So fun and cute. It says to size up if you’re between sizes. I find that 39 in all Birkenstocks fits my size 9 foot perfectly though so I did not size up. I think you should stick to your regular size in Birkenstocks.

Fell apart
The first pair I purchased was mismatched. Returned it. Second pair fell apart the first second my kid put the shoe on. The buckle part pulled away from the bottom part. Will be returning these as well. For $60, they need to make these better.

buckle broke within 2 months
The buckle broke after 2 months of use. For this cost, it is not worth it as the regular Birkenstock sandal lasts longer. This is a great sandal if you want to spend $$ on a sandal that is great sandal for pool and beach time but cannot last a summer season.

wonderful recovery shoes
