Very disappointing
I ordered a pair of walking shoes and turns out they are flip flops. The toe base is OK but the heel is huge. Even Big Foot couldn't walk in them. How do I return them.

I always wear a size

Almost perfect
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As always, it is light weight, flexible for the sole, easy to clean. The downside is only the sizing, turns out the US products a bit bigger compared to my vivaia usual size when I purchased the products in my home country
