Porter City Sneaker (Men)

These run small. I have 4x other pairs of AE 10.5 sneakers that fit well, but these 10.5s are small by about a half size. Also, the leather looks nothing like pictured in the ad. It is pictured as a dark-to- medium gradient. The shoe arrived with a monochromatic orangish brown finish. Unfortunately i polished i to sort of match the promised patina before realizing it was too small- my fault. It's well constructed as usual. Not the first time I've been disappointed my an AE markdown sale product. I think I've finally learned my lesson.

Unfortunately, the leather is very stiff and squeaks when walking. I've worn them consistently for about 2 weeks and it doesn't appear to be letting up, which is a little annoying. Love the style and looks, not the construction.

I purchased these shoes to fit in between my wardrobe between white leather sneakers and penny loafer or lace-up dress shoes. I really like to look, color, style and comfort. I wear these with jeans or casual slacks. I own several pairs of Allen Edmonds shoes and am glad to add these to my collection.
