Crown Comfort Cotton & Modal Blend Shorts

Fit well and good stretch. Not sure why but the grey ones are much softer than colored ones- green and blue? Not sure if different years/new supplier/dying process changes it but got all 3 pairs delivered at same time and they defitnely are different feel despite same being the same fabric/shorts.

I have purchased at least a dozen pairs of PM shorts. Generally, I consider them the best. However, you peaked a few years ago, with a great, mid-weight fabric, that was probably 98% cotton, 2% elastic something. They were great for golf, but also great for an evening out, where you wanted shorts that looked more classic and substantial. I live in Miami and I know my shorts. Please, please bring back a more cotton based Crown Comfort short. There are plenty of performance options, so it isn't like you are trimming your offerings. On the next question, would I recommend these shorts, I'm going to answer Yes, but.....I'm thinking more of past fabric mixes. To PM's credit, I still have at least seven pairs in my rotation and they continue to push on!
