Mother of the Bride

I had a difficult time finding a dress suitable for my size. I am short. This dress fit perfectly. I had looked at hundreds only to discover they were not available in petite. I am 5'3" and weigh about 115 pounds. I ordered a 6 Petite. The dress is lovely and the color I need for my daughter's wedding.

I order the wedgewood color. 4 times. The first it was the wrong size. The second right size but tore at the bottom. The third had stains on the bottom of the dress. The forth the wrong size sent. It seems that the quality control is lacking.

Wanted to love it

The gown is truly beautiful and I was very excited taking it out of the package. Once on, however, it was too clingy, showing every bump on my torso. There is a good degree of stretch in the fabric which is why it clings... or rather stretches around you. I can see this gown being perfect for someone who has a perfect physique, but that is not me. It is with regret that I am returning it.

Size 6 petite worked!

After ordering online and receiving the wrong dress, the dress I had ordered was soon received. I had wondered about the size, but had followed the measurements guidelines to order the 8. I later also ordered it in a smaller size. I liked the dress very much, returned the larger dress, but will wear the size 6 petite to my son's wedding.

disappointing

The top of this gown is beautiful, but the fabric on the bottom part was thin and not very elegant. I ended up returning it.

Well made, gorgeous dress

As a 60+ year old mother-of-the-groom, I prefer modesty, elegance and comfort in a dress. This dress ticked all those boxes. The skirt is very smooth and somewhat revealing if worn without proper shapewear. If you are 5-feet, 3-inches tall, have (or had!) an hourglass figure, and weigh about 150 pounds, this dress will be beautiful and comfortable for your special event.
