Agusto Leather Platform Sandal (Women)

I loved the feel and look of these shoes but sadly must return. I ordered my correct size with is a very average size 8. However, in this shoe my foot rode forward because the leather is not snug and the elastic did not hug well enough at the ankle. If you have a bit wider foot this shoe will be great on you!

I am either an 8 or 8.5 and I ordered 8.5 medium. Not narrow and more on the wide side, though I do not order wide shoes. . The length was great but the width was shockingly wide. With each step my foot slipped out of the back strap There is no way to adjust the back as there is elastic in case you need more give. These were a total no for me.

These sandals seem to run true to size, maybe slightly roomy. I do not have particularly wide feet, and I noticed some reviewers said they run wide. On me they feel just a little bit floppy, but not dramatically so. My main issue is the stitching on the back of the heel strap. The seam that touches your heel feels scratchy and unfinished, especially compared with the rest of the shoe. It is surprising because the overall construction looks decent, but that one area feels rough against the skin. Style wise, they also have a chunky, slightly dated 90s vibe. A little more clodhopper than I expected from the photos. I am going to give them a try anyway and see if they break in. I plan to try a little Chapstick or beeswax on the stitching to soften it and hopefully reduce the irritation. The jury is still out. For the price, you may want to make sure you really love them before committing, because they feel a bit iffy right out of the box.

I saw these shoes a while ago. Had them in my cart for about a month. Then I said I will invest. So disappointed ! One shoe is completely different my toes slide out the front. I even sized down and size 7 fits the left side but the right is like stretched out or something . So strange! Owell! The search for comfortable brown candles continues!
