Side Zip Nursing Maternity Sweater

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this sweater. The fabric feels soft and high quality, not itchy at all, and the weight is perfect for fall and mild winter weather. It’s not too thick, but still warm and cozy. The fit is very flattering and comfortable, especially for pregnancy and postpartum. I also love the design — it looks elegant and can be dressed up or down. Great everyday piece that still looks polished.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I like is that this truly does accommodate the belly and can certainly be worn pre and postpartum. What I dont love is that the fabric is entirely synthetic, a blend of rayon, polyester, and nylon, without any natural fibers. While it is nice and weighty, I find that it doesnt hold much shape and with several washes in a garment bag, I have seen a tinge of fading and material fluff. It feels comfortable, soft on the skin, but not as breathable if you are someone who sweats in general due to the materials being heat/moisture retaining. I do think this is a cute layerable sweater and versatile. Its warm but the deep v-neck does expose the decollete so a scarf in winter months would be useful. A slight oversized fit on me even as an XS, and I am 5'2 and between 110-115lbs.

Even though it is thick you are still able to breathe in it and it doesn’t feel suffocating. I got a size Medium which fit me perfect I am 29 weeks pregnant currently. It doesn’t look awkward or super tight, has great stretch to it. Also the color isn’t faded either like over my bump.

It is a beautiful color and there is a zipper on both sides for easy access to nurse baby while still staying covered up. Call me frumpy, but I'm glad it's not fitted, wrap, or cinched like a lot of other nursing tops. I'm still very self conscious about my postpartum tummy, and this helps hide that too!
