Comfort, arch support, large toe box, hood looking
I have hortible FEET . HORRIBLE. Rheumatoid Arthritis. Nunions. Hammer toes. Flat feet, no arches. No exaggeration. And so I ordered these and the minute I put them on it felt like heaven. I do not exaggerate. I ordered my normal size 9B. I am 80 year's old, I've had to donate many many expensive shoes over the last 15 years. I've bought many many shoes which promised comfort and support, but very few have. One reason I buy from Nordstrom is their guarantee of satisfaction. So for me anyway, no risk.

Wore terribly
I’ve had these less than two months and they are destroyed!!! Comfy bit hole in the bottom, the print on the back tab wore off. So disappointed. They were so cute and was hoping for more than a month of wear!!!

I really wanted to like these shoes.
I really wanted to like these shoes, I saw them all over. But they were actually too narrow at the toes and too wide at the heels. They have a heel lift in the shoe that is a bit uncomfortable. Also the white leather on the heel is really thick. They were not what I was expecting.

Loved the design & color but they were wrinkled and had glops of gummy substance I couldn’t wipe off. Agree with others they are tight across toe box (and I have narrow feet). Glad for free shipping, these are going back.

poorly made
I was so excited to get these but they are cheaply made or Nordstrom has poor quality control before shipping out. There was stitching that was frayed and coming undone, visible glue marks and dark markings on the suede on the front toe area that would not come off.

Horrible condition
This is the second time I’ve recently received a pair of tennis shoes from Nordstrom that arrived in this sort of condition. (see pics) The fact that these are even sent is ridiculous. I didn’t even put them on because they aren’t even able to be worn looking like this. Nordstrom, please do better.
