Mini Islington Leather Bucket Bag

First look, this bag is adorable, the problems. However, the bag is very difficult to detach from the strap. I still haven't been able to do it for fear I may tear the leather. It's so very tight. Then there's the problem of Nordstrom, who delivers a lovely bag in a plastic bag, no dust bag no box it did not feel special at all. On the fence about keeping, because it is adorable there's room for a small wallet a small phone, not a max pro phone and maybe a lipgloss. Just not sure

I got this in chalk, it's a beautiful color and I loved the bag... except that my phone case is chunky enough that my phone could only go in vertically, and since the bag doesn't close (no magnet or snap) it would have been too easy to steal. I think if I had a thinner phone case I could have got it in sideways and that would have been perfect. Mine came with a Mulberry dust bag, unlike the other reviewer. I ended up returning it, but it took me a few weeks to decide because it looked so cute on and was well made, etc.

This purse is great for a minimalist. I previously used a crossbody wallet, so the small carrying capacity is fine for me. I just put in a small wallet, phone, keys, chapstick, and still have plenty of room left. I love the style and quality. I keep the belt buckled and I am able to reach in and grab what I need. I will say, the design is slightly inconvenient, but that is the trade-off for the cute design. I use this bag weekly and have received so many compliments.
