THROWN INTO A PLASTIC BAG
Nordstrom needs to retrain employees mailing garments. This jacket is wrinkled beyond belief. The employee rolled it in their hands and threw it in a bag. I will take it to them to steam and then evaluate. There is NO excuse for this! None.
