How to use:

- First, apply: Use both hands to gently smooth the product onto skin, starting at the ankles and working your way up to hips and waist. Repeat twice.

- Second, drain: Apply pressure with both hands around the ankle, and work upwards toward the top of the thigh to the waist. Repeat 6 times. Place your hands around your knee. Using fingertips, perform draining movements at the back of the knee. Repeat 3 times. With both hands flat and on top of each other, use press-and-release actions at the very top of inner thigh. Repeat 3 times.

- Third, smooth: With your fists, perform alternating smoothing/circular motions on the inside, top and outside of the thigh. Repeat 5 times.
