This item is very lightweight and feels flimsy. It only realistically holds 2 full sized towels, and that’s with them totally overlapping. It does warm up nicely, but I recommend you leave it turned all the time,
if you want warm towels or if you’re in a humid area. If you don’t want to keep this turned on at all times, I recommend you pass. I only ordered, and kept this, due my very small bathroom. Got this item on sale. If it was full price, I would have returned it, but on sale is fine as long as you know it’s small.

I purchased 3 items from Pursonic. I received two of the items in one package, while the order stated all three were supposed to be in the package. I reached out to Nordstrom and they made it right, but what’s a disappointment- there’s not enough time to reorder and receive before Christmas. I’ll have to find a different gift. This order is fulfilled from Pursonic, not Nordstrom. Five stars for Nordstrom.
