56mm Gradient Rectangular Sunglasses

I have ordered online for many years and have never experienced an issue but i pickup my glasses yesterday i open them excited to wear today and they are used!!! The left lens arm is so loose while right arm in tact kinda how they get from prolonged wear and wearing on top of head. Also the lens are dirty still old dried makeup looks like foundation under nose bridge part just really disappointed an employee would actually pack these up and send to a customer spending $500+ on an item just despicable! I have been a long time loyal nordstrom customer for many years but this really made me question how they treat customers! I have never ordered from anywhere online and received something so visibly used, dirty, and obviously worn for quite awhile and then nordstrom tries to pass it on to the customer?! Sorry but when i spend my money on a luxury item i expect it to be brand new shame on you nordstrom! So of course these are being returned and its a shame i was really looking forward to my glasses but i will be buying from another retailer and will seriously consider ever using online ordering again because its apparent there is no quality control checks!
