3/4 Sleeve V-Neck R&R Tee

Nordstrom used to have great customer service. Unfortunately that is no longer the case. I ordered this top to be shipped to the store. When two weeks had passed and I still hadn't received any notification, I went to the store to check on the item. The salesperson told me that the item had been received and was already sent back and I would be receiving a credit. I said I never received any notification about it being at the store. She offered no apology or any offer to reorder the top. Her manager was standing nearby but he didn't seem interested in resolving the issue either. I won't be shopping there any more.
