padding in the chest ruins the dress

The padding/boning in this dress is hideous. No other word to describe it. It’s way too loose to wear without a bra and the placement of the pads and boning was so misplaced it was unwearable. I can’t understand how this could fit anyone’s body. I will for sure be returning.
