14K Yellow Gold Claddagh Pendant Necklace

Broke on me after 1 week of wearing, got it repaired. Driving home after the repair, it snapped again. I do not recommend, it’s cheap and fragile. Wish this would have worked.

When I first received this necklace in December 2024, I was over the moon and have pretty much worn it every day since. I have received loads of compliments on it, and I really love the dainty nature of it while showcasing my heritage and one of my favorite symbols. However, just 13 months after ordering, the clasp broke, and when I reached out to the team, I was told I was past warranty. I did have the clasp fixed, but now, a month later, there is another break in the chain where it connects to the Claddagh pendant. Really upset and disappointed now in the quality, and would like a better resolution to the issues.

Bought as gift for my daughter and she loved it but chain is super thin and broke. Dreading to see cost of repair.

Bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and the chain immediately broke. The quality is an absolute joke. Like something out of a gum ball machine. Immediately returning it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So grateful to have the necklace back. I wear it every day

I bought the necklace as a gift. The pendant has very fine details.
