Was my favorite necklace - two breaks to the chain
When I first received this necklace in December 2024, I was over the moon and have pretty much worn it every day since. I have received loads of compliments on it, and I really love the dainty nature of it while showcasing my heritage and one of my favorite symbols. However, just 13 months after ordering, the clasp broke, and when I reached out to the team, I was told I was past warranty. I did have the clasp fixed, but now, a month later, there is another break in the chain where it connects to the Claddagh pendant. Really upset and disappointed now in the quality, and would like a better resolution to the issues.

Garbage
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my daughter and the chain immediately broke. The quality is an absolute joke. Like something out of a gum ball machine. Immediately returning it.

Just beautiful
The quality of this necklace is superb, the piece itself is gorgeous, and I find it so unique since most of the time the Claddagh design is only on rings and of silver finish. I love this necklace!
