Not what I expected

Lovely earrings, nightmare transaction
The earrings are lovely but the transaction was a nightmare because this item is not actually a Nordstrom item, it is sold as a Marketplace item, shipped by the manufacturer. I bought two pairs of earrings, one a regular Nordstrom item and this pair sold by Oradina using a Nordstrom gift card. I decided to return the other pair and keep this one, but instead of refunding my CC, they returned the other pair back onto my gift card. The only way to buy these earrings with the gift card was to return them as well and place a new order with Oradina using the gift card, resulting in an hour in store trying to fix it without having to physically return them and then having to wait 10 days more to get another pair delivered (which I still haven’t received). I will be very careful in future NOT to order any items that are not sold and shipped by Nordstrom.

So Pretty!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just love these earrings. I had to send them back in for repair as the stem wouldn’t stay hooked. I found them twice on the floor in a public place. Yikes! Anyway Oradina repaired them for me. Happy Camper now.
