NOT RETURNABLE
This was a bday gift for my daughter. The back was too long for the top of her ear. I tried to return and it's not returnable? Since when does Nordstrom not return things? SO UNHAPPY!!!

Confused?!?!
This is my 3rd pair ordered and I love them however they are starting to become discolored around the post. Oradina can you explain?!?!?! I use jewelery cleaner to clean them I have multiple studs in each ear and I really am confused and need answers. Am I the only one experiencing this?
