Design flaw

I just received my everything hoops in yellow gold. They are very pretty and I was excited to try them on. The little bar or finding that threads through the ear lobe is too short so when I push the bar into the clasp, the hinge pinches my ear. Earrings aren't supposed to hurt. My ears are of a normal size though probably on the small side of the spectrum so I don't know how anyone can wear these without torturing themselves every time they put them on. In addition, one of the earnings isn't closing properly and slides outside of the hinge so in order to wear them, I had to hold a magnified mirror and try to force them into the clasp. This was a dissapointment as I love the size and quality of the gold hoop. If you can design the hoops to function, what's the point?

Poor post design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earrings feel solid and weighty which is great - however the post is very poorly designed in that it is a thin rectangular piece of gold that is oriented vertically so the sharp edges of the rectangle irritate the ears when the weight of the earring pulls downward with gravity. Why not a simple round post? This makes them poor candidates for every day wear - waste of money.

Great size/weight but posts could use improvement

These hoops are a great size and have a good hefty weight to them but the posts themselves are thin rectangular segments that are oriented vertically - the weight of the earring is concentrated in the short, sharp edge of the post, making them uncomfortable to wear. These would be so much better with a thicker and/or rounder post.

Closure pinches but otherwise nice

Love the size and shape. However, the clasp closure pinched my ear. Not enough space. Returning for the Sicily style.

Perfect daily hoops

I looked for a long time before I got these. They really are the perfect daily hoops. Not flimsy. I wear them most days.

Really nice!

After shopping around a lot, I decided on these hoops. They are just perfect for everyday wear. I'm able to sleep in them too. Quality product.
