THE LAUNDRESS INITIATES VOLUNTARY SAFETY RECALL OF SELECT LAUNDRY & HOUSEHOLD CLEANING PRODUCTS

Name of Product: The Laundress Brand Laundry and Household Cleaning Products

Hazard: Certain products from The Laundress brand may contain bacteria. The Laundress is aware of 11 consumers who have reported Pseudomonas infections and is investigating these reports to see if there is any connection to the recalled products.

Description: This recall affects certain The Laundress brand laundry and household cleaning products, a complete list of which is available at www.TheLaundressRecall.com. Products with the following lot codes are recalled:

• lot codes beginning with a prefix letter F and the last four digits numbered 9354 or less,
• lot codes beginning with a prefix letter H and the last four digits numbered 2262 or less,
• and lot codes beginning with a prefix letter T and the last four digits numbered 5264 or less.

Lot codes can be found on the bottom or side of the bottle.

Remedy: Please immediately stop using the recalled product and go to www.TheLaundressRecall.com to learn about how to request a refund and disposal information. After requesting a refund, consumers should dispose of the product by closing the bottle tightly and placing it in household trash. Do not empty the product prior to disposal.

UPPABABY INITIATES VOLUNTARY SAFETY RECALL OF RIDGE JOGGING STROLLER

Name of Products: UPPAbaby All-Terrain RIDGE Jogging Stroller

Hazard: The stroller's rear disc brakes have openings that can cause amputation or laceration if a non-occupant child's fingertip gets caught in the openings while the stroller is in use. There has been one report of injury involving the all-terrain RIDGE stroller disc brake.

Description: This recall affects the UPPAbaby All-Terrain RIDGE Jogging Stroller, Model No. 1401-RDG-US, manufactured between July 2021 and August 2022:

• White: VPN 1401-RDG-US-BRY, RIDGE STROLLER – BRYCE, UPC 810030094395
• Charcoal: VPN 1401-RDG-US-JKE, RIDGE STROLLER – JAKE, UPC 810030094401
• Slate Blue: VPN 1401-RDG-US-REG, RIDGE STROLLER – REGGIE, UPC 810030094418

Remedy: Customers should immediately stop using the stroller and contact UPPAbaby to receive free replacement disc brakes for both wheels at https://www.uppababy.com/ridge/disc-brakes.

AESOP INITIATES VOLUNTARY SAFETY RECALL OF AESOP HOME FRAGRANCE PRODUCTS

Name of Products: Aesop Post-Poo Drops 100mL—sold alone and as part of Gift Kit 2021—Home Kit (The Protector); Gift Kit 2018—Home Kit (The Familiar Horizon); Gift Kit 2019—Home Kit (The Melodist); Gift Kit 2020—Home Kit (The Seasoned Wayfarer); Aesop Isabelle Oil Burner Blend 25mL; and Aesop Anouk Oil Burner Blend 25mL.

Hazard: The products contain 10% or more low-viscosity hydrocarbons and are not packaged in child-resistant packaging as required, posing a risk of poisoning if the contents are swallowed or aspirated by young children. In addition, the labels on these products do not contain certain information required under applicable labeling laws. Aesop has received three reports of skin irritation involving the Oil Burner Blend products in the U.S., but it has not received any reports of injury or medical treatment sought for any of the recalled products.

Remedy: The recalled Aesop products should be kept out of reach of children at all times. Aesop is offering a full refund of the purchase price of the recalled products in the form of an Aesop digital gift card in the amount of the price of the recalled product. Gift cards are good toward the purchase of any Aesop product at any Aesop store or online at https://www.aesop.com. Please note that if you purchased a Home Kit, you are only eligible to receive a refund equivalent to the purchase price of Aesop Post-Poo Drops. Customers should not return recalled Aesop products to retailers where purchased.

To obtain a refund, register by completing the Product Recall Request Form. Store returns will not be accepted. You will be required to demonstrate that the product is in your possession by taking a photograph showing the batch number and UPC/barcode and confirm that you will dispose of the recalled product with your household waste. You must provide proof that the recalled product is in your possession to qualify for a refund.

ASWEETS GLOBAL INC. INITIATES VOLUNTARY SAFETY RECALL OF WONDER & WISE BABY ACTIVITY WALKERS

Name of Product: Wonder & Wise Baby Activity Walker

Hazard: Rubber rings on the rear wheels can separate from the wheels and detach from the Activity Walkers, posing a potential strangulation hazard to young children.

Description: This recall involves Wonder & Wise Baby Activity Walkers (Style No. 1012301520) that were sold by Asweets Global Inc. between October 2020 and May 2022. Only units with no batch number label, or units labeled with Batch No. 0521SCP01155 on the undercarriage of the walker, are recalled.

Remedy: Asweets Global Inc. will provide a free wheel-repair kit for the recalled activity walkers. Customers should immediately take the recalled walkers away from children, store the activity walker out of reach to children until repaired and contact Asweets to receive a free repair kit.

JOEY CLOTHING INITIATES VOLUNTARY SAFETY RECALL OF SELECT LEVERET-BRANDED TERRY HOODED CHILDREN'S ROBES

Name of Product: Leveret Children's Terry Hooded Robe

Hazard: The robes do not meet flammability standards for children's sleepwear, posing a risk of burn injuries for children. There have been no reports of incidents or injury.

Description: This recall affects all children's terry hooded Leveret-branded robes. The robes are made of cotton, have an attached hood, cuffed wrists, two functional front pockets and a detachable belt. The recalled robes were sold in children's sizes 12–18 months through size 14 and in the following colors: black, dark blue, green, grey, navy, pink, purple, red and white. The sewn-in neck label displays the brand Leveret, the robe's size, material content, washing instructions and "Made in China."

Remedy: Please immediately take the robes away from children. To take part in the recall, please destroy the robe by cutting it in half then send a photo of the destroyed robe and the sewn-in label to [email protected]. Once Joey Clothing receives these photos, they will refund $35 to customers who show a receipt of the full purchase price. Consumers without a receipt will be refunded $30.

CYBEX INITIATES VOLUNTARY SAFETY RECALL OF SELECT U.S. VERSIONS OF THE SIRONA M CONVERTIBLE CAR SEATS

Name of Product: CYBEX Sirona M Convertible Car Seat

Hazard: Children accessing and picking off pieces of foam from the headrest through a small opening in the headrest cover set. These small foam pieces could be a choking hazard.

Description: This recall affects select U.S. versions of the Sirona M models manufactured prior to September 1, 2018, with model numbers: 518000385, 518000387, 518002145, 518002149, 518002151, 518002153 and 519000211.

Dates Sold: 2016–September 1, 2018

Remedy: CYBEX will provide a free product improvement kit that includes manufacturer-approved adhesive tape and instructions for proper application. CYBEX requests that owners of affected seats contact CYBEX directly for a free product improvement kit by calling 1.877.242.5676 between 8am and 5pm ET, Monday through Friday. Customers should not return seats to retailers where purchased. Importantly, the U.S. versions of the Sirona M car seats affected by this recall meet all safety requirements, so they may be used while consumers wait for the product improvement kit.

STOKKE RECALLS CLIKK HIGH CHAIRS DUE TO FALL AND INJURY HAZARDS

Name of Product: Stokke Clikk High Chair (White)

Hazard: The white plastic seat can become brittle and break, posing fall and injury hazards to children.

Incidents/Injuries: Stokke has received six reports of the seat breaking, including two reports of minor bruises.

Description: This recall affects a limited number of the Stokke Clikk white high chairs only. The UPC impacted by this recall is 816559145563. Only chairs in the serial number range 135AA057070 –135AA0057908 are affected.

Dates Sold: February 2021 through March 2021.

Remedy: Customers should immediately stop using the high chair and visit https://recall.stokke.com/clikkwhite to find out if their unit is affected. Stokke has created an easy verification tool where consumers can enter their serial number to receive confirmation of whether or not the product is included. If the product is included in the recall, customers should contact Stokke for a free replacement.

Hazard: The zipper slider, zipper O-ring, D-ring, rivet and stud may contain lead. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health issues.

Incidents/Injuries: There have been no reported incidents or injuries.

Description: The recall involves UPC 850023783288 (taupe) and UPC 850023783271 (coral).

Dates Sold: This item was sold on Nordstrom.com from November 2020 to October 2021.

Remedy: Customers should immediately stop using the product and may contact Nordstrom for a full refund.
