Description: The recall affects VPN #K555D21REI, Stance Kids' Reiny Szn Mid-Cushion Crew Socks (Youth and Toddler) with UPC codes 190107481113 (medium) and 190107481120 (large).

Dates Sold: This item was sold online at Nordstrom.com from November 2021 to December 2021.

Remedy: Customers should immediately stop using the product and may contact Stance or Nordstrom for a refund.

Name of Product: Boppy Newborn Lounger

Hazard: Infants can suffocate if they roll, move or are placed on the lounger in a position that obstructs breathing, or roll off the lounger onto an external surface, such as an adult pillow or soft bedding, that obstructs breathing.

Incidents/Injuries: Boppy has advised us that there have been eight reports of infant deaths associated with the Boppy Newborn Lounger.

Description: This recall pertains to ALL models and colors of the Boppy Newborn Lounger.

Dates Sold: This item was sold on Nordstrom.com from 2015 to 2020.

Remedy: Customers should immediately stop using the Newborn Lounger and contact Boppy for a full refund.
