ALEX RECALLS FIRST SNAPS AND BABY BUILDER PLAY SETS DUE TO POSSIBLE CHOKING HAZARD
Name of Product: ALEX Jr. First Snaps and Baby Builder Play Sets
Hazard: ALEX is reporting that small parts of the plastic toy building sets can detach, posing a choking hazard to young children.
Incidents/Injuries: There have been 22 reports of the ends of small parts detaching from the building sets. There have been no reports of injury.
Description: The recall involves two ALEX Jr. branded sets of infant building toys: the Baby Builder (model 1982) and First Snaps (model 1981S). The sets include an assortment of plastic shapes in bright colors. The pieces are designed to be pulled, pushed, snapped and twisted. They come in stackable plastic jars that contained either 14 or 26 pieces. All Baby Builder sets are being recalled. Only pre-November 2010 First Snaps sets are being recalled. You can determine whether your First Snaps product is subject to the recall by locating the batch code on your plastic container. If your plastic container has one of the following batch codes, which can be found on a sticker above the UPC code on the container, it is subject to the recall: P0002073, P0001713, P0001330, P0000954, P0002107, P0001628, P0001009, P00000814, P0001948, P0001536, P0001098, P0001677, P0001427 or P0000983.
Dates Sold: The products were sold online at HauteLook.com in 2010, 2011 and February 2015.
Remedy: Customers should immediately stop using the building sets and contact ALEX for a prepaid shipping envelope to return the product to ALEX. Once ALEX receives your return, they'll issue you a full refund.

SWAGWAY RECALLS X1 HANDS-FREE SMARTBOARD BECAUSE OF POSSIBLE SMOKING, FIRE AND/OR EXPLOSION HAZARDS
Name of Product: Swagway X1 Hands-Free Smartboard
Hazard: The lithium-ion battery packs in the self-balancing scooters (also known as hoverboards) can overheat, posing a risk of the products smoking, catching fire and/or exploding.
Incidents/Injuries: There have been 42 reports of issues with the battery packs, including 16 reports of injuries, such as burns to the neck, leg and arm, as well as severe property damage.
Description: The hoverboard has two wheels at either end of a platform and is powered by a lithium-ion battery pack. With the word "Swagway" printed on the front, the product comes in several colors, including gold, black, blue, green, red or pink.
Dates Sold: The product was sold in Nordstrom stores and online at Nordstrom.com from November to December 2015.
Remedy: Customers should immediately stop using the product and contact Swagway for a refund, a repair kit or a Swagway merchandise credit that can be used toward purchasing another hoverboard model directly from Swagway. NUNA RECALLS ZAAZ HIGH CHAIRS BECAUSE OF POSSIBLE FALL HAZARD
Name of Product: nuna ZAAZ High Chair
Hazard: The arm bar on the nuna ZAAZ can bend or detach during use, posing a fall hazard.
Incidents/Injuries: There have been 50 reports of the arm bar detaching, including six reports of children falling from the high chair, made to nuna. Four incidents resulted in injuries, including bruising and a cut on the forehead.
Description: ZAAZ high chairs purchased after February 1, 2013, with model numbers HC-07-004 (pewter), HC-07-005 (carbon), HC-07-006 (plum), HC-07-009 (almond), HC-08-004 (pewter), HC-08-005 (carbon), HC-08-006 (plum) and HC-08-009 (almond) are affected by the recall. The model number is printed under the high chair seat on a white sticker, and "nuna" is printed above the footrest of the unit.
Dates Sold: The nuna ZAAZ high chairs were sold in Nordstrom stores and online at Nordstrom.com beginning February 1, 2013.
Remedy: Customers should immediately stop using the ZAAZ high chair and, if they haven't already been contacted by nuna, reach out to them for a free repair kit that includes a new arm bar and instructions on how to easily switch it out. Hazard: Skip Hop is reporting that a strap attaching the mobile to the crib rail can break, posing an injury hazard if the product falls on the infant in the crib.
Incidents/Injuries: Skip Hop has received a few reports of broken straps from customers, but no injuries have been reported.
Description: The Skip Hop Moonlight & Melodies Projection Mobiles feature eight melodic lullabies and nature sounds, and project stars on the ceiling with glowing leaves that pulse in rhythm. Model number 185509 is printed on the back of the mobile base.
Dates Sold: The Skip Hop Moonlight & Melodies Projection Mobiles were sold in Nordstrom stores and online at Nordstrom.com beginning October 2015.

Hazard: T3 Micro is reporting that the clamp can detach while in use, posing a burn hazard.
Incidents/Injuries: T3 Micro has received 130 reports of loose or detached curling iron clamps, including two reports of minor burns.
Description: The T3 Micro Twirl 360 Motion-Sensing Auto-Rotating 1.25 inch Curling Irons have a white plastic handle, a white metal rotating heat barrel and clamp, and a rose-gold colored grip. Model number 76570 is printed on the label found on the handle of the tool, and T3 is printed on the curling iron's barrel.
Dates Sold: The T3 Micro Twirl 360 Curling irons were sold in Nordstrom stores and online at Nordstrom.com beginning December 2014.

UPPABABY RECALLS STROLLER AND RUMBLESEATS DUE TO CHOKING HAZARD
Name of Product: 2015 CRUZ and VISTA Strollers and RumbleSeat
Hazard: Children can bite the bumper bar and remove a piece of the foam covering, posing a choking hazard.
Incidents/Injuries: UPPAbaby has received 22 reports of children biting off a piece of the bumper bar foam. No injuries have been reported.
Description: The CRUZ strollers (0181-GEO, CRUZ STROLLER-GEORGIE) have an aluminum alloy grey or black frame, a black fabric toddler seat, a colored fabric sunshade canopy and a black basket under the seat. The VISTA strollers (0101-GEO, VISTA STROLLER-GEORGIE) have a grey or black aluminum frame and a colored sunshade canopy, and are made to hold one, two or three children. "VISTA" is printed in white lettering on the handlebars of the stroller, and "UPPAbaby" is printed across the bottom diagonal rail of the stroller frame next to the black, fabric basket. The RumbleSeat (0252-GEO, VISTA RUMBLESEAT-GEO) is a separate seat attachment that can be attached to the stroller frame. RumbleSeats have manufacture dates stamped on the bottom of the seat. The RumbleSeat comes in various colors and allows the child to ride rear facing, forward facing or reclined. All strollers and RumbleSeats have a foam bumper bar across the middle of the product for the child to hold.
Dates Sold: The VISTA stroller was sold in Nordstrom stores and online at Nordstrom.com beginning September 2014, while the 2015 CRUZ and RumbleSeat were sold in Nordstrom stores and online beginning October 2014.

Name of Product: OXO Nest Booster Seat
Hazard: The product is being recalled because the stitching on the restraint straps can loosen, which allows the strap to separate from the seat, posing a potential fall hazard to children.
Incidents/Injuries: OXO has received five reports of the straps separating from the seat after a child pulled on the straps or an adult tightened the straps. No injuries have been reported.
Description: The plastic Nest Booster Seat was sold in green (model 6367200), pink (model 6367300), taupe (model 6367500) and orange (model 6367400) with a white base. It's about 13 inches wide by 14 inches tall by 12 inches deep and has a grey, three-point child restraint strap system. The OXO logo is embossed on the strap buckle. A sticker can be found on the underside of the seat that reads "Nest Booster Seat" and has the model number and manufacture date (0714, 0814, 0914, 1014, 1114 or 1214).
Dates Sold: The seat was sold at Nordstrom stores and online at Nordstrom.com from September 2014 through April 2015.

Description: This recall involves Leith brand women's textured open vest sleeveless sweaters. The sweaters are 35.5 inches long. They were sold in black and cream, and in sizes extra small (XS), small (S), medium (M), large (L) and extra large (XL). Name of Product: Ban.do Charging Kit and Lilly Pulitzer Charging Kit
Hazard: The product is being recalled because the wall charger can overheat and emit smoke and sparks, posing fire and burn hazards. The prongs on the charger can detach and remain in the electrical outlet, posing a risk of electrical shock.
Incidents/Injuries: Lifeguard Press has received six reports of the wall chargers emitting smoke and sparking, and six reports of prongs detaching from the plug. No injuries have been reported.
Description: The recalled kits included a wall charger, a 12- to 24-volt car charger, a 30-pin USB cord and a Lightning port adapter. The wall chargers are plastic cubes about 1.25 inches long, 1 inch wide and 0.5 inch tall, with two metal prongs for plugging into an electrical outlet on one end and a USB port on the opposite end. The kits were sold under two brand names: Ban.do and Lilly Pulitzer. They had the following model names and item numbers: Power Trip Frills (14150111), Power Trip Mermaid/Blush Stripe (14150118), Beach Rose (143501), Mai Tai (78602) and Trippin and Sippin (143504).

Hazard: Conair Corporation is reporting that the small heater coils in the barrel of the hair dryer can come into contact with adjacent coils, causing an electrical short. This short can cause small, hot coils to project out of the hair dryer, posing a potential burn or fire hazard.
Incidents/Injuries: Conair has received approximately 19 reports of hot coils exiting the hair dryer, and reports of minor burn injuries.
Description: Affected hair dryers have the model numbers and product codes listed below and have one screw hold on the back of the hair dryer handle. Hair dryers that have different product codes or model numbers, or that contain two screw holds on the back of the handle, are not impacted by this recall.

Hazard: The stroller's current carry handle connector may break, causing the carry handle to disconnect from the bassinet or seat. This can create a potential fall hazard. The removable carry handle is used to transport the bassinet or seat separately from the base.
Incidents/Injuries: Bugaboo has received no reports of injury due to this defect.
Description: The specific stroller that is affected by this issue is the Bugaboo Cameleon3 Stroller sold at Nordstrom since September 2012. A fabric tag on the side of the sun canopy has "Bugaboo" and the model name. The following VPN/UPC numbers were included in the recall:

Remedy: The CPSC advises that customers immediately remove the carry handle from the stroller's "carrycot" seat and contact Bugaboo for a free replacement handle and installation guide. The CPSC notes that you can continue to use the stroller while you wait for your new handle to be delivered, but should not attempt to use the "carrycot" seat separate from the stroller. BUGABOO RECALLS STROLLERS DUE TO FALL AND CHOKING HAZARDS
Name of Product: Bugaboo Cameleon and Bugaboo Donkey Model Strollers
Hazard: A button on the stroller's seat or "carrycot" carry handle can become disengaged and cause the handle to detach, posing fall and choking hazards to young children.
Incidents/Injuries: No injuries have been reported due to this issue.
Description: This recall involves the carry handles on Bugaboo Cameleon and Bugaboo Donkey model strollers with detachable seats or "carrycots." Under certain situations, the white button of the carry handle may pop out when the bassinet or seat is resting on the ground or is placed on an unstable surface. If the white button pops out, the carry handle may detach on one side, causing both a fall and choking hazard for young children.

Incidents/Injuries: Four incidents have been reported where the stroller's swivel wheels locked and the stroller tipped over. In two of these incidents, a baby and a toddler suffered minor injuries.
Description: The recalled strollers are made for newborns and toddlers up to 37 pounds. They are sold in two frame colors: dark grey and all black. The stroller's seat comes in black or denim colors, and canopy colors include yellow, black, khaki, blue, pink and red, plus special-collection colors such as tangerine, soft pink, light green, dark purple, denim and the Missoni print collection. Production dates are from January 2011 through September 2011, which are printed with the month abbreviated and year, i.e., "Jan. 2011." The "Bugaboo Bee" name and company address are printed on the date code label located on the stroller frame under the seat unit. "Bugaboo Bee" is also printed on the side of the seat backrest.

The BOB strollers subject to the recall were sold online at Nordstrom.com in three colors: Navy, Mesa Orange and Black. The name BOB appears on the cargo basket under the stroller and on the front of the stroller. All of the recalled strollers have a yellow/orange drawstring at the rear of the canopy that is used to gather loose fabric when the canopy is pulled back.
