So aggravating!!
I ordered this ring in NOVEMBER and it never arrived. No reason, and showed that it was supposed to be delivered in early December. It even reflected where it was on the UPS truck and then it disappeared. Nada, zilch, nothing. These items would be better sent via FedEx. I did finally get a refund but this was really poorly managed, I expect more from vendors of Nordstrom.
