Sansa Knee High Boot (Women)

I was very excited to find a beautiful narrow calf boot. However, I didn’t even get it out of the box when I noticed a huge dye flaw at the top of the boot! Beyond disappointed. I HATE the inconvenience of returning inferior products because I get neither my time or gas back to return the product via a shipping store or the actual store. I expect more from $300 boots and Nordstrom.

The description says there is a zipper. The photo shows a zipper. There isn't one. Also, the soles are black, not red, for those of you who care about that. This isn't what I'd call a narrow calf boot. It's definitely not wide, but I would guess it's more for gals who have 14", maybe even up to 14.75" calves. The ankles are huge, too, probably because it would be too hard to put on and take off the boots if they were smaller, since they have no zipper. Annoyed and disappointed here...

I'm surprised by the negative reviews for this boot. Not my experience at all. The soles are not red, it's true - but that is not the reason for my purchase. They do run small. I typically wear a 9, but the 10 in these is perfect. The shaft height is great to elongate the leg, and the toe box has plenty of room for comfort. I do have slender calves, so they may not be good for very muscular legs. Overall, they are very stylish, flattering, and comfortable.
