fell apart
Fell apart at the strap and raffia. Just disintegrated and I was going into an event. I called Nordstom and they did nothing. I guess 2 months is the expected use of a purse.

Broken at side handle after 3 months
I've always liked this purse and I did use it daily, unfortunately side of the purse eventually wore down where the straw meets the side of the leather handle and was unusable. Sadly I threw it away versus returning it due It's defect.

Bag came apart
Where the strap attaches to the bag came apart. All of the raffia broke apart and could not be fixed. Did not get much use out of it.

perfect size!
Super cute for summer - love the open bucket, but has a magnet to keep it closed. Great cross body length. Holds my phone, keys, my slim wallet, and room for a little more. Have used it all summer!
