Zia Velvet Halter Top

Unfortunately the only way to put this top on is if you have someone with you to lace it back up. It runs small, so you have to undo the whole thing and lace it back up on your body. Still even though you can fit the corset part loosened, the neck loop is really tight. I keep ordering from house of cb because their stuff is so cute but im always disappointed with the sizes :( i dont know how i can fit in a XS dress but cant get a S too past my shoulders, from the same brand
