54mm Gradient Cat Eye Sunglasses

I purchased these in the green color, on sale, and as much as I wanted to love them, they were too heavy on me (the two times I tried them on and wore them for more than 5 minutes, the bridge of my nose became red and indented). I think they're made really well and came with a cute (and oversized!) sunglasses case, plus a protective sunglasses drawstring bag, but for the price (even on sale), I couldn't justify keeping them since they were too heavy for me.

I’ve owned many Gucci sunglasses, so I was prepared to love these. BUT, as soon as I put them on I knew something was off. The shafts were too short and the lens area was too wide which resulted in them slipping down my nose and falling off my face. I caught them thank goodness- and I wondered if these are seconds, if they are made from terrible material, or if they are simply counterfeit… as if someone ordered them - then returned a bogus pair of “street quality” “Guccis”. The other problem was the packaging which was totally inadequate… wrapped in a single sheet of used bubble wrap- and rolling around the box- and NO HARD storage CASE was included with these $295 sunglasses!!!! Which made me think counterfeit yet again. I’m disappointed with this purchase and I am returning them. There is a level of quality I expect from Nordstrom and this was not it. I hope they look carefully at these glasses and notify Gucci…
