soft!

Normally an xs but sized up for a looser fit. I prefer the sweater length to go lower than hip bone. Very comfortable and soft.

It is difficult to understand how a synthetic fabric can pill so badly. I have worn the top one time, and not washed it yet. There are pills all over the arms. I will be returning it. Unfortunately, I also bought the joggers that go with it. They will go back, too.

Pilling Fabric

It is difficult to understand how a synthetic fabric can pill so badly. I have worn the top one time, and not washed it yet. There are pills all over the arms. I will be returning it. Unfortunately, I also bought the joggers that go with it. They will go back, too.

So close!

This is the most comfortable jacket ever; however, it pills unlike any other material I’ve ever encountered. I am going to return because it’s frustrating to pay full price for something that didn’t hold up at all. I wish Zella made this in a cotton version that wouldn’t pill.

Color did not match coordinating pants.

I purchased this top and the coordinating pants to have a matching set, but unfortunately the heathering on the pants is more prominent and they do not match.

Poor staff work

Please tell your staff to pack your items carefully, to look for plugs that should have been removed from clothes before shipping. I have been a Nordstrom buyer for years, and for the past 14 years, I have lived far from a store, so I buy online. This is a first, and because it is a casual top, I am not outraged. I purchased this top in February, and when it arrived, I placed it with other items. Today I started to wear it and found a store security button. See hip, the cut off that I did is by the lower hip in the first picture. Nordstrom do better.
