Bad Quality + Customer Service
Have worn this jacket 4x and dry cleaned once - have a full closet of Zegna and have never had a jacket fall apart like this one. Seams are coming apart as well as the fabric itself. Went to exchange and the manager was unaccommodating or helpful - maybe things are changing and time to take business elsewhere.
