buyer beware

I knew these shoes were white and was prepared to clean them following instructions I looked up. Even following instructions, the paint came off with one spot clean using just a damp towel and water. Nordstrom says they don’t promise quality on designer things and there’s nothing I can do but leave a review. Will be reaching out to Birkenstock and Danielle Frankel for support. I would suggest not buying and go for something else the won’t wear down within a couple weeks.
