Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear about the repeated issues you’ve experienced with the pocket tearing. We understand how frustrating and disappointing it must be, especially since you’ve enjoyed the fit and have been a loyal customer over the past two years. This is absolutely not the level of quality or durability we aim to deliver. We’d really appreciate the opportunity to make this right. Please reach out to our support team so we can assist you with a refund, replacement, or a closer review of the item. Your feedback is extremely valuable, and we will be sharing it with our product team to help prevent issues like this moving forward.
