Good quality material but stitching is bad

I bought the Vince suede leather show last week and although the material is top notch and is very comfortable inside due to a leather lining, the stitching is poor quality. Pictures attached.

poor quality - looked stained when received

Shoe soles didn’t show sign of wear but the suede itself has patches of white. I bought these shoes in 2 other colors before and didn’t notice that with them.
