Best backpack I have ever purchased
Having been a loyal Briggs & Riley luggage customer for many years (three suitcases), I decided to try your laptop backpack after my long-time Tumi was denied a warranty repair. In hindsight, the Tumi’s failing straps turned out to be a blessing in disguise, this Briggs & Riley backpack is simply fantastic.
It’s extremely well built, perfectly balanced, and clearly designed for a lifetime of corporate travel. The pocket layout is thoughtfully designed, and thanks to the smart compartment placement, it actually feels lighter than my previous backpack, even when carrying the same gear.
Thank you for an outstanding product. I’m looking forward to many more years of dependable travel with Briggs & Riley.

Quality of Warranty Repair is Terrible
Loved my backpack and thought their warranty would be worth it. The internal stitching came out in one of my pockets and the zipper pull broke off. They did try to repair it but the quality of the repair was terrible and makes it looks worse. Photo attached

Great backpack for road warriors
Road warrior here having to live out of a backpack and Briggs 21 carry on. Between the two am able to bring 2 weeks worth of clothes and toiletries without ever having to check in a bag. Thoughtfully designed and ready excellent quality.
