Women's The Wild Collective Black San Francisco 49ers 1/4 Zip Track Jacket

I purchased this item and realized the draw string in the waist is cut and someone in manufacturing tied it together with white thread. I notified the company and they sent a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived with the same damage as the first. Clearly someone is making an error and there is not quality control. The jacket is still wearable but the drawstring would eventually become un tied from the thread and be useless. The company refunded the purchase but cannot confirm a new replacement won’t arrive damaged…
