Wrong size sent or wrong cut?
Jeans are cute but I ordered a size 8 and got a 26 -- way small in waist. The manufacturer labeled this pair an 8 on the packaging. Inside label notes 26. That does not correspond to a size 8. Going to return - probably not Nordstrom's fault. Usually wear an 8 in baggy and a 10 in regular. Other reviews warned these were overly large. Not really.

Not what they say
They say these jeans are low waisted but these are very high waisted. Seriously the rise goes up to my boobs. They also run small. I would not recommend them.

check their size chart!!
I ordered a 2, which is my usual size in brands like JCrew, Banana etc. I’m usually an XS in Nordstrom’s house brand. However, when these arrived the label said 24 which is more like a 0/00. Since they’re “baggy” cut I was able to zip them up, but then they fit like a fitted high waisted jean that just had wide legs. Not like in the picture at all. To get the low rise baggy look like the picture I would have to go at least 2 sizes up.
