Women's Jackson Utility Pant

Saw these Utility pants initially online so ventured into store and was pleasantly surprised to find them in my local store. I went down a size because they are a generous fit. The colour and style are perfect what I like about them the most is the fabric is breathable and comfortable against my skin. Elasticated waist with an additional drawstring tie add shape at the waist. The hem can be worn as a wide leg or drawn in with an adjustable tie at the hem. Overall one of the most comfortable pair and stylish pants I have ever worn

I was honestly surprised and disappointed by my recent experience with Nordstrom’s customer service. I needed to return an item, but since there are no longer any Nordstrom stores close to me, I went to a Nordstrom Rack, assuming it would be a simple process. Instead, I was told the item couldn’t be returned there because it was purchased from a third-party vendor through the Nordstrom app, and that I would need to go to a full Nordstrom department store. This now means making a special trip of over 60 minutes round trip on a weekend just to complete a return. Even the Nordstrom Rack manager acknowledged that this policy is only mentioned in very small print online, which makes it easy for customers to miss. As someone who has been a loyal customer since the late 1980s, I’ve always associated Nordstrom with exceptional service and convenience. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad taste and felt far from the standard I’ve come to expect.
