I bought these jeans size 6 and really like them. I’m 5’3” 150lbs and the fit is near perfect. They are a little long on me, so I decided to order the 6 petite as well. IMO, they are so cute. I tried them on with a cute pair of 2” platform clogs and I thought they looked amazing. The barrel leg isn’t too much. Definitely a keeper for me.

Wonky back stitching
For some reason, Wit and Wisdom jeans tend to have poorly sewn back pockets. This pair had a misaligned back yolk and pockets. The right side was noticeably lower than the left. The denim fabric is nice and substantial but overall quality is poor.

Surprisingly flattering
First time trying the oh-so-trendy barrel-leg jeans, and wow! Winner winner! The fit is amazing for hourglass shapes. "Barely barrel" is apt; it's a nod to the trend without being comical for normal people. Price is great too. These do shrink a little in the dryer, which worked out well for me because now they are a perfect full-length jean for me (5'4").

Amazing jeans
Ive never tried this brand before but decided to give these jeans a shot and tried them on in store. I did try my usual size, which is an 8, and it fits great however I can see why people would maybe size down. There is definitely generous stretch and these will fit me even if my waist increases 2 inches, but after doing my bend, squat and kick test, they did not slide down which means the size is good for me. I am 5'10 and have a 33 inch inseam and the regular length in these is ankle length for once. So many jeans claiming to be ankle length end up too cropped on me and fit really goofy, but these are great. Wonderful jeans for an even more wonderful price.
