Wisdom City Dry™ Waterproof Bootie

I’m a big fan of La Canadienne boots, own several pairs and I’m a true 6.5 in their footwear (6-6.5 in other brands). That said, this is a gorgeous boot but it is listed and marked incorrectly, which probably explains why so many reviewers are complaining it runs small. Let me explain: my usual 6.5 size had already sold out, so I bought a 7 hoping it would fit but alas it was too big. Returned the 7 when a 6.5 came available, only to find the 6.5 too small (particularly in one foot - strange). Anyway, I then looked at the size and where they are made which is printed right along the inside of the zipper. 6.5 was also stamped 36EU, which is actually a size 6. The original 7’s had the correct 37EU stamped as well. I believe these boots are being sold in half sizes even though they are only made in European full sizes. On top of that, they are made in Bosnia, not Italy as described. Kind of a big deal, if you ask me! My other La Canadienne boots are incredibly comfortable and have lasted me years but were all made in Italy and Canada. I’m not confident even if the sizing was right that these boots made in Bosnia could offer the same quality and comfort. I hope Nordstrom and La Canadienne can fix the description which might save future buyer frustration.

I really wanted to love these booties, but unfortunately they run very small. I recommend sizing up by a full size. I normally wear a size 6 and initially ordered a 6.5, but they were still too tight. I would need a size 7, but unfortunately they're now sold out. Disappointing, because otherwise they're very cute!

Agreed with the other review. Style is very cute but they run so small and are now sold out of larger sizes. I would probably need to size 1 full size if not 1.5 sizes up

Was so excited about these when I saw the sale preview as I have some other beloved La Canadienne suede booties and wanted a leather pair. Ordered these in the same 8.5 size as the others but these were narrow, small, and so stiff. Just an overall miss especially at this price point.

I agree with the other reviews that these run small and narrow. I like to order boots a half size up to allow for thicker socks, but even a half size up was too small and they are pretty narrow. They are beautiful quality but I'm not sure if even a larger size will fit.

I love the brand and a 7.5 is a 38 on their size chart; however, on the bootie the size states 37. They are too small and going back, and sadly, the next size is not available.
