Quality Decline
Bought my 2nd set of Winfield luggage after using 1st set over 5 years. Im unsure if they changed manufacturers or if quality just isnt what it used to be. 2/3 sets broke or tore after the 1st trip. The warranty is basically a joke and they make you pay to ship the luggage to be repaired under the warranty. Very unhappy and will not buy Samsonite luggage again.

Which Way to Wheel
I had significant difficulty trying to get both suitcases to roll at my side. I used the large & the small one. They would turn out which led me to pulling them as I did my old suitcase on two wheels behind me. Not sure what the issue is.

Did not meet my expectations.
Didn’t like the glossy finish, the color is advertised and deep blue but in reality is more like emerald green, scratches all over after one use, zippers don’t work well, overall poor quality. Did not meet my expectations.
