White Caviar Station Rope Bracelet

Please refer to pics. I have so many Lagos pieces, and I am very familiar with the brand. I have been so lucky that if I don’t order from Lagos directly but buy from Nordstrom instead especially if I want to give the sale to someone that was helping me even if they couldn’t fill it from their store at the time, my jewelry is usually shipped directly from Lagos anyway and I get a brand new item that is sparkling and perfect, packaged beautifully as it should be especially for these prices. Unfortunately, this one came from another store and the lack of care taken to fill this order that was over $600 after tax. Yikes!!! I’m not sure why I’m not asking for a new one. You just can’t send a tarnished dirty sample sitting in a store and squishing it into a generic cardboard box and sending it to a customer that way and expect them to not be upset. I took pics and although hard to see bc it’s so much more obvious in person, notice the tarnish removed and how it should’ve looked when it was received. If it couldn’t have been cleaned, then minimally package it the way it’s supposed to be or if you want the recipient to clean it themselves, then enclose the cleaning cloth instead of making me use one of mine. I’m just thankful that it came to me and I didn’t send this to someone as a gift or I would’ve been hugely embarrassed.
